Asian Flavors — A Cinematic Restaurant Website

Full website concept for a Tokyo-based pan-Asian restaurant — editorial typography, beige warmth, and immersive food storytelling across home, menu, reservation, and contact.

Challenge

Build a digital identity that feels as crafted as the food — atmospheric, calm, and unmistakably Asian without leaning on cliché.

Approach

Warm beige surfaces, oversized serif headlines, and editorial photo grids. Japanese kana watermarks add quiet rhythm in the negative space.

Outcome

A 4-page premium site — home, menu, reservation, contact — that reads like a restaurant editorial, not a template.

Color System

Warm Beige × Ink Black

A two-tone palette pulled from steam, dim sum baskets, and lacquerware — editorial ink type on warm beige surfaces.

Pages

Four pages, one atmosphere.

The menu page mixes a strict editorial price list with cinematic food photography. The tablet view layers an image-led mosaic with the About and Atmosphere sections — designed to be browsed slowly.
